Reliance ADAG Group was formed on June 18,2005 because of some differences  between Anil Ambani and Mukesh Ambani.The whole Reliance group

 was divided into two groups by their mother Kokilaben Ambani. At that time Mukesh Ambani got Reliance Industries and IPCL.Anil Ambani got Reliance Communication,Reliance Energy and Reliance Capital.

Presently,the name of Mukesh Ambani group is Reliance Industries Limited and the Reliance ADAG is headed by Anil Ambani.In last few years both the brothers have started so many ventures in Oil,gas,power ,entertainment,real state,infrastructures, almost in every sector.
