India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be the three sub-continental which will co-host ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.This Mega event will start in Mirpur,Bangladesh on 19 February,2011 and will finsh in Mumbai,India on 2 April,2011.Total 49 ODI matches will be played at 13 venues.Out of these,29 matches will be played in India at 8 venues,12 matches will be played in Sri Lanka at 3 venues and 8 matches will be played in Bangladesh at 2 venues.
Total 14 teams has been divided in to two groups: Group A: Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Canada, Kenya. Group B: Bangladesh, England, India, Ireland,South Africa, West Indies, Netherlands.

Total 421 cricketers expressed their interest to participate in the auction for IPL 4 2011 but only 350 cricketers was shortlisted by the various IPL franchises.
