In my last article, i explained how to creat Sections and Category on your joomla site.Here,i am going to explain how to add content on your joomla site.Follow the following steps:

(1) Login to your admin account and go to the "Add New Article" Tab.

 

(2) Article:[New] window will open.In this window,add the Title and Alias of your article.
(3)Then, select the section and category of your article.As i have choosen "Technology" as section and "News" as category in the image given below.

(4) Then,Select the Publish  and Front page option.
(5) Then, add your content in editor portion.Here, we have various options like we have in MS Office.So,you can edit your content as you wish.
(4) In right hand side, we have various "Parameters" like Author,Author Alias,Access Level etc.So, leav them default or change them, it depends on you.I always use default.
(5) Then,in right hand side of window we have an important section " Metadata Information".So,always write the description and keywords related to your article.This will help in Indexing of the article in any search Engine.

(6) At last click on the save button.

And you have added content on your site.
