I think the worst broadband service in india is Sify Broadband.I am from Hisar,Haryana.I had used sify broadband connection for 4 months and now switched to Tata indicom.

I got my sify connection in january,2009.I always had connectivity problems.In last 4 months, i hardly used it for 2 months at max.In last 4 months,I had called sify customer care more than 50 times but the responses are very poor.Every week,i call them to complain  regarding connectivity problems but they are not responding in any way.The responses of Hisar Sify broadband service provider are also very bad.They do not recive customer calls.I had got so frustrated due to its connectivity issues and pathetic service.I had finally asked them to refund my connection security amount but Hisar(Haryana) service provider is not responding.Every time i am calling sify customer care,the only statement they are giving is "Sir,we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible".

If you are thinking to get broadband connection than please do not go for Sify Broadband.I think Airtel broadband service is the best broadband service

in India.I had used Airtel Broadband in my college time and never had such issues like in Sucking Sify broadband.
