A team of eight Engineering Students of RVCE Bangalore has invented a super mileage car.Team has claimed that they have achieved mileage of 180Km/liter.Now, they are trying to increase the milage to 500 km/liter. This team is working on this project for last few years.Tantra Infosolutions, CD Adapco and Chameleon Motors are some of the companies that have funded the project.Nishant Sarawgi is the leader of the team.Nishant Sarawgi said, “There were a lot of changes, right from the engine, tires, chassis and body. We kept making constant improvements to the design of the car to make it more aerodynamic.”  Next year,team will take part in the Shell-Eco Marathon in UK. |
